The config is designed to be compatible with the Celeste Randomizer.įor the best experience, it is recommended to play the Collab first before playing the randomizer add-on. That would be a rough way to go.This is a collection of randomizer configuration files and routing descriptions for the Spring Collab 2020 pack of maps for Celeste. Just don't freeze up and forget to climb up the blocks before they fall away. Tweaking the timing of this wbounce will change when you land on the traffic block before the x2 refill in relation to the position of the Kevin, which will change how far right or left the Kevin block will be when you're going for the last wbounce.īut yeah, once you get past that you're almost home free! Like you said, just a wavedash using the momentum of the Kevin. You can manipulate the left/right position of the bear relative to you a bit by make slight adjustments to when you do the Kevin wall bounce that comes before the traffic block that precedes the double refill crystal. The block being too far in either direction will move the apex of that last wall bounce too far to the right or left as well, potentially causing you to not clear the spinners, even with a max height wbounce.

If you're still having troubles clearing the spinners after getting better at jumping late, it might just be a matter of the Kevin block being too far right or left when you're going for the last wbounce. So you don't want to jump too early from there either. Jumping from a higher point just increases the wiggle room even more.Īlso keep in mind that the highest point you can reach on the Kevin block is also dependent on how much height you can get from the previous wall bounce from the dash platform nearest the key. You can clear the spikes even if you jump from halfway up the Kevin block, so long as the timing is good and the apex of your wall bounce coincides with the highest point of the spinners. There's a bit wiggle room here though, so you don't need to nail it perfectly. It should feel like you're almost jumping too late.

You want to jump from the highest point you can for maximum height. Oh nice, you're pretty close to the end! It sounds like you're just jumping out of the Kevin block wall bounce too early.
